STATUS: In anticipation of document JTC 1 N 6206 being adopted by JTC 1, JTC 1 National Bodies and SCs are requested to submit suggestions on how to deal with SC voting issues and membership criteria in the new participation mode. Such contributions should be received by the JTC 1 Secretariat in time for consideration at the November 2000 JTC 1 Plenary in developing the operating rules for this mode of participation.
