The meeting will be convened at 9:30am on the morning of Saturday 18th September 2004 in the William Gates Building of the Department of Computer Science* at Cambridge University, England. It will finish at 4.30pm on Monday 20th September.
The following issues will be discussed in an order agreed during the first of the items listed below.
1. Agenda review, including identification of any missing items.
2. Disposition of Comments on PDAM-1 Ballot for ISO 19757-2
3. Disposition of Comments on CD Ballot for ISO 19757-3
4. Disposition of Comments on CD Ballot for ISO 19575-4
5. Review of first WD of ISO 19757-8
6. Discussion on continuing relevance of proposed ISO 19757-6
7. Discussion on current progress, or lack thereof, on Parts 5, 7, 9 and 10, or of any documents submitted for these parts after the 20th August closing date for reviewable documents
8. Review of current text of ISO 19757-1 to determine changes required in light of decisions made at meeting
In the event of editorial panels being required to go over text in details these can be convened on Monday from 9:00 to 15:30. A final plenary meeting will take place at the end of the meeting to determine what further actions are required from editors.
Note: Accommodation can be provided by the XML Open team at a nearby hall of residence for those needing it. The cost is slightly over £40 (US$75) a night.
* There is a park and ride car park on the A1303 adjacent to Junction 13 of the M11 that is just 10 minutes walk (towards the city) from the Computer Science building, but please note that access to Junction 13 is only available to northbound traffic.
