![]() Terms and conditionsBilling policy Invoices and official receipts Minimum / Maximum Cancellation and transfer policy For cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations received within 14 days of the course start date. With 15 or more days notice, registrants may transfer to another course, or transfer their registration to another person within their organization. Liability In the event that SCC postpones or reschedules a course and the registrant is unable to attend the rescheduled date, a complete refund will be issued for the course fee. SCC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of a course. SCC assumes no liability whatsoever in the event a course is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an Act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that obstructs the delivery of a course. For purposes of this clause, an Act of God includes, but is not limited to: war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather or other emergency that hinders 25% or more of confirmed registrants from attending the course. Please note that while instructors were confirmed at the time of registration, circumstances beyond SCC’s control may necessitate substitutions. As such, SCC reserves the right to alter or modify the published instructors if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated at www.scc.ca. Please note that SCC will not refund registration fees for online courses as they can be accessed at any time. | |
