IECEE launches online service to verify product certification

The Worldwide System for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrical Equipment (IECEE) has created an online service that will allow buyers, retailers and vendors, regulators, national authorities and consumers to confirm if products have been certified by the IECEE Certification Body Scheme. The IECEE says the service will help reduce fraudulent use of marks and increase transparency. The news release is only available in English.
