Foreign Affairs Minister Bill Graham spoke to the Canadian Club on April 15 about the importance of Canada's relationship with the United States. In addressing the need to reduce regulatory differences, he commented that "our two countries can work out a mutual recognition of standards so that the safety, health or environment of our respective citizens are not compromised."
