ISO, IAF to share information on ISO 9000 complaints

International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) will share information on complaints they've received about ISO 9000 registration and the action they've taken to resolve them. The move is part of a joint effort by IAF, ISO's committee on conformity assessment (CASCO) and the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) to protect the perception and integrity of their conformity assessment systems.
