ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 certifications reach record levels in 2001

Record increases took place in 2001 in the number of certificates of conformity issued to organizations implementing quality management or environmental management systems that meet the requirements of, respectively, the International Standards ISO 9000 and ISO 14000.
