UL featured on History Channel's Modern Marvels

The History Channel premiered an episode of Modern Marvels featuring Underwriters Laboratories (UL) on Monday, June 9th. Modern Marvels: Super Hot explored the world of extreme temperatures, investigating everything from the temperature of a candle to molten lava and the limitless possibilities of plasma. The program included a segment featuring a UL demonstration of what could happen if certain safety features were not part of heat-producing products commonly found in homes.
