New York Times editorial recognizes value of laboratory accreditation that meets international standards

With growing concerns over food and product safety and decreased U.S. consumer confidence, this New York Times editorial calls for the mandatory use of "accredited" testing facilities. The authors point to the importance of international standards ("the ISO system") as a means to recognize/ validate laboratory accreditation.
