ISO standard for safety signs - Used locally, understood globally

A picture may be worth a thousand words, but when it comes to graphical symbols for safety-related information, misunderstanding the message may have serious consequences. An International Standard aims to improve understanding and proper application of safety signs designed to reduce accidents and injury in workplaces and public areas worldwide.
