Two new ISO brochures provide ISO 9000:2000 guidance

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) has just published two new brochures to help organizations understand and implement the recently revised ISO 9000:2000 series. Quality Management Principles introduces the eight principles of quality management as they appear in ISO 9000:2000 and ISO 9004:2000. The second edition of ISO 9000-Selection and use presents the main features of the ISO 9000:2000 series, including the merging of the ISO 9001, ISO 9002 and IO 9003. Both brochures are available on ISO's website paper copies can be obtained from the Standards Council here.
