IAF: Issue wrong certification, lose accreditation

The International Accreditation Forum (IAF)'s technical committee is currently voting on a proposal that would enable accreditation bodies to revoke the accreditation of any certification bodies that inappropriately issue certificates based on accreditation standards (such as ISO 17025 and ISO 15189).
