German Automation Systems Expert Receives 2003 Lord Kelvin Award at Montreal Meeting

Otto Eberhard Ulrichs of Germany, chairman of the IEC TC 65 (Industrial process measurement and control), received the 2003 Lord Kelvin Award for outstanding contributions to global electrotechnical standardization at a ceremony held in Montreal, QC, during the IEC 67th General Meeting.
