Ralph Parker named new president of Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada

Ralph Parker, former General Manager of Underwriters' Laboratories of Canada (ULC), was appointed President and CEO of the company effective June 7, 2001. ULC, a non-profit organization, is accredited by the Standards Council of Canada to develop standards, test and certify products, and register ISO 9000 quality management systems.
