Survey finds increased acceptance of ISO 9000 registrations

ISO 9000 registration certificates are receiving greater international recognition than ever before, according to a survey conducted by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). The survey, conducted between May and July 2001, found that less than one ISO 9000 registration certificate in 300,000 was not accepted by a customer. That's an improvement over the already impressive result of 99.9 per cent acceptance in a 1997 survey
