The July/August issue, entitled: "Consumers make their mark", highlights consumer-driven initiatives within ISO. It includes a number articles by SCC advisory committee members:  Jeanne Bank (CPIC) wrote an article highlighting the issues discussed at the ISO COPOLCO Workshop hosted by the SCC in Toronto in May 2005; Kernaghan Webb (CPIC) co-authored an article entitled: "Standards for customer service"; Bruce J. Farquhar (CPIC) contributed an article entitled, "Improving consumer participation in ISO" and; Grant Gillis (CNC/ISO) authored a piece entitled: "The future of health informatics standardization".
