IAF broadens membership, activity

At its recent plenary meeting, the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) took on new members and expanded the scope of its activities to include environmental management systems and product certification.  The international federation of accreditation bodies also took steps to strength its mutual recognition agreement and to increase government and industry awareness of IAF.  A communiqué and list of resolutions are available from IAF's Web site.
