The SCC Awards which recognize outstanding individual and organizational contributions to voluntary standardization, accreditation and conformity assessment are presented every two years at a special recognition ceremony held in conjunction with the National Standards System (NSS) Conference. The 2004 recipients will be honoured at an Awards ceremony to be held on the evening of Tuesday, November 16, 2004 at The Palliser Hotel, in Calgary, Alberta. Information detailing each of the awards, the nomination process, eligibility criteria, and past recipients is available from the SCC Member Program. The Standards Council of Canada is a Crown corporation that promotes efficient and effective voluntary standardization in Canada.
