Recommendations of Dec. 2003 Meeting of ISO/IEC JTC1/SC34/WG2 in Philadelphia


1. Amendment 2 to ISO/IEC 10179 (DSSSL)

WG2 accepts SC34 N469 (WG2 N132) as PDAM text of Amd.2 to ISO/IEC 10179, Document Style Semantics and Specification Language (DSSSL), and forwards the text to the SC34 Secretariat for PDAM processing.

2. Amendments to ISO/IEC TR 19758 (DSSSL Library)

WG2 accepts the strategy (SC34 N470, WG2 N135) for developing amendments to ISO/IEC TR 19758 and Project IDs tr19758a1, tr19758a2 and tr19758a3 for Amd.1, Amd.2 and Amd.3 respectively.

WG2 accepts SC34 N471 (WG2 N133) as PDAM text of ISO/IEC TR 19758/Amd.1: Extensions to Basic Composition Styles and Tables, and forwards the text to the SC34 Secretariat for PDAM processing.

WG2 accepts SC34 N472 (WG2 N134) as PDAM text of ISO/IEC TR 19758/Amd.2: Extensions to Multilingual Compositions (South/East-Asian Compositions), and forwards the text to the SC34 Secretariat for PDAM processing.

WG2 accepts SC34 N473 (WG2 N151) as working draft of ISO/IEC TR 19758/Amd.3: Extensions to Multilingual Compositions (Other Asian Compositions), and instructs project editors to draft PDAM text.

3. Program of Work

WG2 accepts SC34 N474 (WG2 N152) as the revised program of work for WG2.

4. Comments on Secretariat Manager's Report

WG2 accepts SC34 N475 (WG2 N148) as WG2 Comments on Secretariat Manager's Report and requests SC34 Secretariat for including them in the next revision of Secretariat Manager's Report.
