The UK have returned a DISAPPROVAL vote on the text contained in Document No: 34N0471 because the proposed amendments are not expressed in sufficiently comprehensible English to be properly understood.
The UK has prepared a marked-up copy of 34N0471 (34N0471 UK-markup), using MSWORD change tracking, and offer this as a basis for correcting the text to make it more comprehensible to users whose natural language is English.
