TMRM Instructions to Editors
1. Absence of formal model:
Resolution: include formal model (Tau+) interleaved with prose text; include mapping between Tau+ and TMDM as normative annex
2. Use of “topic map” and “topic map application” in sections 1-4:
Resolution: replace with “subject map” and “subject map disclosure”
3. Introduction, needs be rewritten to focus more on content of text:
Resolution: revise and/or consider omitting in the next draft
4. Scope, absence of formal model and extent of scope statement:
Resolution: need to include mention of formal model and expanded description
5. Glossary, heading and format:
Resolution: rename as Terms and Definitions + generally reformat to ISO specification
6. Topic Map Applications (now subject map disclosure), implicit and explicit properties:
Resolution: just say properties
7. Topic Map Applications (now subject map disclosure) Rules for identification of properties (lack of clarity):
Resolution: revise
8. Appendix: nature of material
Resolution: turn into annotated bibliography
