1. Opening of opening plenary meeting 2. Roll call of Delegates - Secretariat Manager to ask JTC1 regarding status of Thai National Body 3. Appointment of Drafting Committee - documents by Tuesday evening 4. Adoption of the Agenda: Document: SC34 N 663 - no further additions 5. Chairman's Remarks - ISO magazine - article needed by January, please contribute through WG and NB 6. Secretariat's Remarks - secretariat office closed from Christmas through February 7. Reports of ISO/IEC Liaisons (Specific ISO/IEC liaisons will be added to the agenda upon receipt of written contributions to the plenary meeting) - SC22 - Keld present at plenary in September, presentation regarding terminology for JTC 1, SCC undertaking pilot project to collect definitions in JTC1 starting with SC22, possible application of Topic Map technology for maintaining the vocabulary information, desire to make the end result public 8. Working Group 3 - Information Association - standards under preparation for FDIS 13250-2,3,4 - two NWI for closing plenary - parts 6,7 compact, graphical notations - TM/RDF interoperability - academic conference on Topic Maps in Germany in October 10. ISO/IEC JTC1 Activities of Interest to SC34 - Keld: 2 ad hoc meetings re: directives on behalf of SC34 - going to undertake revision of procedures - looking at rules for archiving 11. Review of Programme of Work and Target Dates 11.1 DIS 26300 ODF - six month JTC1 PAS Ballot ending 2006-05-01 - review of PAS procedure (Directives 14.4) - clear guidelines as to role of SC34 in Directives section 14.4.3.7 12.
