Clarify the relationship between the DTD of ISO/IEC 9541-2 and the DTD for additional properties of AM2 and AM3 to ISO/IEC 9541-1.

The SGML description for font information interchange format should be described in accordance with ISO 8879:1986 and TC2 (Annex K: Web SGML) to ISO 8879:1986.
