SCC Leadership Award
This award recognizes notable contributions made by a chair, co-chair, vice-chair and/or convenor of a standards-related committee that have benefited Canadian standardization.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates for the SCC Leadership Award must be able to demonstrate:
- Participation, leadership or technical assistance in the development, promotion or implementation of policies, standards or guides (through certification or accreditation programs) that have contributed significantly to Canadian standardization efforts for a period of at least three (3) years;
- Contribution towards the advancement of advisory committees, technical committees, sub-committees, working groups, task groups, or ad-hoc groups within Canada’s national standardization network;
- Proven leadership
- Administrative skills (e.g. organizational and reporting skills);
- Consensus achievements.
