Web Content Display Canadian Standards Strategy (2005-2008)First drafted in 2000 and updated in 2005, the Canadian Standards Strategy (CSS) provides strategic direction to the Standards Council of Canada (SCC), the National Standards System (NSS) and the Canadian standardization community as a whole.
